Cleaning Technician - Level 1 - Casual (8 hours per week)

Jaymak Western Sydney (JWS) provides high standard industrial cleaning that ensures safe environment for facilities handling food and distribution.

We are now seeking commercial cleaners for weekends and occasional evening shifts to join our team across Western Sydney. We currently need someone to join the team for two to four weekend shifts per month (Sat/Sun) and two evenings per month. This would suit someone looking for a second job that will provide around eight additional hours work per week.

Reporting to the Cleaning Manager your key responsibilities will see you:

• Carrying out assigned cleaning work on premises to the highest of standards
• Operating cleaning machinery
• Adhering to all OH&S policies and procedures
• Other general cleaning duties as directed
• We clean and sanitise coolrooms and refrigerated spaces including warehouses and aged care facilities
• You will need to be able to work off small ladders
• An ability to lift up to 15kgs
• Work as part of a team

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• commercial cleaning experience - highly desirable
• Own transport
• Ability to work flexible hours (across shifts and sites) and public holidays
• Have full time working rights
• Good communication skills
• Able to start immediately
• Driver's Licence
• Police Check
• Influenza Vaccine
