THE COMPANY:

Our client is highly regarded as one of the leading businesses in the industry. Established in the 90’s, the business offers Building Regulations and Private Certification Services, Heritage and Accessibility advice for projects ranging in complexity and across all building classifications. Through continued success and business growth, they are looking to strengthen their BCA and certification teams.

THE ROLE:

• Conduct compliance reviews across major construction projects

• Ensure projects meet the Building Code of Australia (BCA) & NCC regulations

• Oversee certification processes and regulatory approvals

• Work closely with developers, asset owners, contractors, consultants, and government bodies

• Provide expert advice on compliance solutions and risk management

YOU:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with an established building surveying business

• Experience across commercial and residential building classifications will be considered

• Recognised relevant qualification (bachelor's degree or graduate diploma)

• A4 or A3 Accreditation is highly advantageous but not essential

• Demonstrated certification experience

• Strong communication, computer and teamwork skills.
