Join our Dynamic Team as a Principal Consultant, Psychosocial Hazards

Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Principal Consultant, Psychosocial Hazards to join People and Culture team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Principal Consultant, Psychosocial Hazards, you will focus on:

  • Foster a collaborative environment by leading and advising on organizational development strategies that address psychosocial risks, ensuring alignment with management and senior leadership to create sustainable, positive change."
  • Proactively design and implement effective mechanisms to prevent, mitigate, and respond to psychosocial health risks, even amidst high service demands, economic pressures, and a rapidly changing environment."
  • Ensure a comprehensive and effective approach to psychosocial hazard risk assessment, maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and strict adherence to relevant legislative standards to safeguard the well-being of individuals and teams."
  • Source, procure, and manage expert external consultants to support the delivery and implementation of psychosocial risk assessments and corrective actions, ensuring the successful execution of these critical initiatives.
