Salary - $50 - $65 per hour (Salary depending on experience / New graduates can apply for this position)

A fantastic opportunity for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist (full time / part time/ flexible hours) in our growing Allied Health NDIS registered business Kingswood , NSW for the past 10 yrs. We are offering a unique opportunity for you to be a part of a friendly growing Speech Pathology and Allied Health team in our clinic.

We have a dedicated multidisciplinary team that consists of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Music Therapists and Psychologists.

We are looking for a practitioner (optional full time, part-time, or contract basis) to join our fantastic and passionate team. We have a very low turnover of staff, and we are a fast-growing clinic, relocated recently to a larger spaced clinic in Kingswood to accommodate our participants. Our clinic contains two large sensory rooms to cater for the needs of clients that have multiple developmental concerns.

We have 2 large sensory gym, more consulting rooms, and private and safe underground parking for all staff members and clients .

The preferred candidate will have.

A minimum 2 years' experience in working with children with developmental delays or disability. (New graduate members can also apply. Salary depending on experience).

Great interpersonal skills

Bachelor of Speech Pathology or recognised equivalent degree

Certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia

Our candidate will have peer supervision and support for continuous professional development (CPD).

Therapists with minimal experience are welcome to apply as we offer training and support. Resources for assessment and intervention are available at the clinic for all disciplines. We are happy for you to use your own resources if you prefer.

Employee Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current driving licence and a registered car

Ability to provide tele practice services when required

All clinicians are expected bring their own device at work

About the role:

Caseload of pediatric clients (NDIS) with a variety of disabilities and developmental delays

Work with children ranging from 2 yrs and above

clinic and community based sessions

Supervision and support from experienced senior clinician

Opportunity to work with AAC, swallowing/dysphagia, complex communication needs

Work in multidisciplinary team (occupational therapist, speech pathologists, physiotherapist and psychologist )

Continuing education and professional development opportunities

Flexible hours / Flexible days

Clinic opens from Mondays to Saturdays.

Travel charge for community sessions only
