The role

We are looking for talented and passionate chefs & cooks to join our team at the Ariah Park Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience. There is a full-time position available for the right candidate, based in Ariah Park, NSW 2665. We also can assist with accomodation and housing if relocation is needed.

We are also looking for staff across all areas as our customer base is expanding! Bar staff, Baristas, Management, Cleaning, we encourage anyone with an interest in the hotel industry to apply!

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards
• Training and assisting junior staff
• Delegating roles and and responsibilities in the kitchen to ensure service runs smoothly
• Assisting with menu planning and development
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
• Participating in staff training and development programs

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef/Cook/Kitchen Hand in a similar hospitality environment
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
