The opportunity

Cryotech Mechanical, a leading provider of commercial refrigeration services, is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team based in Browns Plains, QLD But cover SEQ. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Install new refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Liaise with clients to address their refrigeration and air conditioning needs
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Provide advice and support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or Technician
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to learn
