About the role

Clancy Corporation Pty Ltd, a leading provider of air conditioning and refrigeration services, is seeking experienced FIFO Refrigeration Mechanics to join our team in Mount Isa, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering a 20:10 roster to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration equipment, and implement appropriate solutions

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and support

What we're looking for

Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with a current Refrigerant Handling License

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FIFO or remote work environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties and occasional weekends

Current Manual Drivers Licence

Current ARCTICK Licence

Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Current Restricted Electrical License (QLD)

Construction Card
