About the Role:

  • Manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM automation.
  • Responsible for creating engaging content and overseeing social media management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects effectively.
  • Plan and optimise digital advertising efforts using data-driven tools and insights.
  • Provide design and creative support to enhance MC's marketing initiatives.
  • 4-5 days/week.
  • $69,790.13/annum (excl. Super) for full time; pro-rated to $55,832.10/annum for part-time.

Essential Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):

  • Experience with CRM and email marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot highly desirable) or demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Proven strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital channels.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) and managing social media platforms.
  • Experience in writing clear and effective creative briefs for designers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Previous experience working on collaborative projects requiring stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code (https://tinyurl.com/mcstaffcode), and Christian ethos of Morling College.
  • Creative, adaptable, and innovative thinker capable of proposing fresh ideas and approaches.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a dynamic marketing team.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Open mindset toward ongoing professional development, particularly regarding digital marketing trends and new technology.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Formal qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organisations.
  • Experience with basic graphic design using drag-and-drop software like Canva.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website user experience best practices.
