About the Role:

This unique position is tailored for experienced & New in industry brokers who are eager to take their career to new heights. As an Finance Broker at Oxcel Finance, you will work in a commission-only role and will have the opportunity to build your book of business and earn regular income from your own database. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.

Newcomers are welcome to apply, we will mentor you the mandatory 2 years at no additional cost!

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage client relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments.
• Recommend appropriate mortgage products and guide clients through the loan application process.
• Stay updated on market trends and product developments.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's goals.

• Cert IV in Mortgage Broking in bonus but not mandatory for asset finance brokers

A1: You must hold a valid Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking' or a 'Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management' for Mortgage broking. However, not mandatory but advisable for Asset Finance .

Q2: Is this a self-employed role?

A2: Yes, in this role you will be self-employed as a sub-contractor with all the help and support you need to grow your business. Additionally you must have your own ABN. Opportunity to buy leads, licensing, training, support, software and infrastructure are provided.

Q3: Do you pay a base salary
