About the role

Based in Warriewood, Sydney, we are an e-commerce business specialising in drones. We sell a single drone model and our product is unique in the drone space with it's multipurpose applications including fishing, delivery and camera.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working with our team to handle day to day customer interactions and deliver a high standard of support to our customers.

This is a full-time position in a new team being created - with the opportunity to implement innovative solutions and grow with our company.

What you'll be doing

Resolving customer support tickets by providing troubleshooting suggestions, order updates and other information. We provide Gorgias (email), phone, social media and live chat support.

Strategically growing our brand and community through responding to Social Media comments, groups and DM's. This includes driving engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.

Order management, packing and fulfillment.

Collaborate with others in our team to identify and address customer pain points.

Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the customer service department.

What we're looking for

Excellent time management skills and is able to efficiently prioritise and manage tasks.

A basic technical understanding, plus an enthusiasm for drones and helping people. Fishing and/or Drone knowledge is also preferred but not necessary.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically.

Engaging communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work within a team.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and customer requirements.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
