We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support one of our most experienced Sales Consultants & Partners. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by managing sales administration tasks and providing top-tier client service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with sales campaigns and day-to-day operations

Preparing sales appraisals, listing presentations, and client proposals

Conducting market research and compiling data reports

Coordinating with vendors, buyers, and external suppliers

Organizing and assisting with Open Homes and Auctions

Managing sales files and ensuring compliance with regulations

Providing pre- and post-sales client support

Maintaining and updating the database

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Preferably some experience in interior styling, design, or home & furniture retail

The Role:

Full-time position with a Saturday requirement to support Open Homes (hours may vary based on listings).
