• Up to $65K salary for the right candidate
• A well-structured role with leasing, ingoing & routine inspections as key focuses
• A supportive team environment with opportunities to learn & develop
• Saturday work required (with a weekday off in lieu)

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate of Registration (COR) & a reliable car is essential
• Ideally 6+ months of real estate experience (leasing experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication & organisational skills – confident with client interactions
• Ability to manage leasing enquiries, conduct inspections & assist the property management team
