About the role

Drainage Solutions Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Hallam, Victoria. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our sewer programmed projects and our on call team.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and directing a team of drainage workers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinating the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
• Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing training and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supervisor role within the drainage / sewer industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
