Join this close-knit and charismatic team at a boutique Insurance Builder as an Insurance Site Supervisor.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating a team of specialist contractors and technicians to deliver high-quality customer service

Monitoring project performance and providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement

Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements

Serving as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations

Providing input into the development of training programs for the insurance team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the insurance industry

QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Cert IV Trade Qualification with ability to obtain QBCC Supervisor Licence

Strong team-work skills with ability to lead and work with others

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results

Strong analytical and report-writing skills

Proficiency in using relevant insurance software and systems

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
