We are a WA owned and operated family FMCG manufacturing business supplying a range of garlic bread and butter products to a large number of customers across the country.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join us at our manufacturing site here at Tru Blue in Maddington

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work as part of the team to ensure that our products are produced, stored and then dispatched in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner that meets stringent quality and SQF food safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all HACCP measures are being maintained during shift
• Work as part of the production team to assisting in all areas of the warehouse and other duties as required for ongoing operations
• Adhering to food safety procedures and company policies
• Meeting deadlines in a busy work environment
• Ingredient and stock movements to be completed in a safe manner using equipment provided
• Complete and maintain monthly stocktake
• Maintaining waste controls within acceptable targets
• Maintain timely and accurate production records.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Reliable and work collaboratively within a team.
• Able to lead and delegate tasks as required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment within the FMCG industry or previous experience in warehouse considered.
• Ability to react to changes as per production demands.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills with good attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of workplace (OH&S) and food safety (HACCP and SQF).
• A current Driver's License
• Ideally hold a Forklift License but training and support will be given to the right candidate if required?
