They need a new Consultant to join their team - an opportunity to hit the ground running with a desk and database of candidates/clients procured over 20 years.They have an outstanding reputation across Australia with clients and candidates.

The Role

• Business Development and client management – Dealing with your portfolio of clients across your industry to better understand their business/hiring needs to create business opportunities.
• A clear career path for you to develop into a Lead Consultant building your own team with regular promotion targets. You will be given ongoing mentorship, training and support from day 1 by the company Director and well established Recruitment Consultants to assist in the development of your career.
• Market leading commission structure designed to help you earn sooner and more often - Paid monthly
• Proactively resourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking and head hunting
• Interviewing and screening potential candidates
• Attending Client events/exhibitions and Business events

About You

Ideally, you will either be an established Recruiter or have experience in sales with a track record of billing, who is looking to join a high growth and high performing business.

In addition, you should also have the following skills/experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills and be willing to contribute ideas to your peers and business leaders.
• Recruitment experience - in any sector is fine, and regular progressive training is offered
• Have a service first mind-set and want to be part of a success story
• Australian Citizen or Permanent resident preferred. 482 visa transfer is an option.
