You’ll be growing the Forefront brand in Victoria or Queensland, working in the construction sector - or helping develop emerging sectors we’ve identified. We do things differently, leveraging technology, refining our approach to recruitment and prioritising long-term client relationships.

You’ll work directly with a Director with 20 years of experience, backed by a proven recruitment process and an admin team to support you. Ongoing internal and external training will help sharpen your skills and advance your career.

Flexibility is built in. We have an office on the Peninsula, but you can work from home when needed. Friday afternoons? That’s your call. If you want to work, close a deal or take the time for yourself, so be it.

Client connections matter here. You’ll work with businesses that have been with us since day one while fostering new relationships under our methodology.

If you have at least a year of recruitment experience in construction or a similar field, can demonstrate a process, actively close deals and build strong relationships, this could be for you. A phone, laptop, and a commission scheme that rewards performance are available. The commission is paid quarterly with additional incentives to keep things exciting.

We also make sure the hard work is worth it. This year, we hosted clients at the races, tennis and golf – we like to enjoy the wins. We also take wellness seriously, recently spending time at a winery and hot springs because balance matters.
