Are you a finance professional with strong experience in Xero? We are looking for a detail-oriented Book Keeper or Accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial operations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be part of a team who take responsibility for preparing and overseeing financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and general accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. You will work closely with the CFO to support business decisions with accurate financial data and insights. This position offers a varied workload, providing exposure to different aspects of finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using Xero
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations
• Payroll processing and oversight to ensure compliance with relevant tax and employment laws
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assist with tax preparation, BAS, and compliance requirements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls

About You:

Are you an experienced bookkeeper with Strong proficiency in Xero (certification is a plus). Do you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills (excel experience mandatory). Do you enjoy working independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Do you possess a high attention to detail and strong organisational skills to meet your deadlines.
