Role and Responsibility

Previous experience in using freight platforms to book in orders is crucial.

• Supervising and scheduling to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
• booking incoming online and account orders ensuring correct details and measurements are inputted.
• Reporting any discrepancies, short stock, high shipping to the team and ensuring smooth completion.
• Ensuring all returns are reported and sorted.
• Training pick packing staff as required
• Support the team with picking, packing, and dispatching orders when required
• Organizing orders within specific zones in Melbourne to be scheduled and delivered by our drivers.
• Organize and oversee deliveries entering and completing delivered orders ensuring they were finalized on time.
• Loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
• Ensure safety and efficiency are always top priorities
• Ensuring orders are booked in with couriers that are suitable and cost efficient.
• Shrink wrapping pallets ready for courier pick up
• Over looking all orders packed by pick packing staff and signing off on them.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, can multitask and work well under pressure. We require someone with previous experience in using inventory management software and shipping platforms. Day to day duties will involve having drivers packed and ready for there drive in the morning and then booking in the remainder of orders throughout the day to be booked in with the courier and ready before collection time.
