1. Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.​

Support residents with daily activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and meal assistance.​

Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing team.​

Qualifications and Experience:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.​

Previous experience in a similar role within aged care is highly regarded.​

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.​

2. Cleaners

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility, including resident rooms and common areas.​

Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials.​

Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents.​

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.​

Knowledge of infection control procedures and safe chemical handling.​

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.​

3. Food Services Assistants (FSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents, ensuring dietary requirements are met.​

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.​

Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.​

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in food preparation or kitchen hand roles, preferably in an aged care or healthcare environment.​

Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.​

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with residents and staff.
