24/7 Roadservices is looking to expand our talented Customer Service team.

About the Opportunity

Due to our growing needs, we are looking for Customer Service Officers to join our team.

We are seeking individuals who have a strong interest in the customer service industry, with prior Automotive Industry experience being advantageous but not essential.

As a vital member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls and resolving customer issues to help them resume their journey. We require committed individuals to join our diverse workforce and help us meet the expectations of our clients and customers.

The Role

- Inbound roadside assistance breakdown/enquiry calls

- Outbound calls- dispatch of providers nationwide

- Process new memberships/renewals

- Data Entry

- Basic administration duties

Skills and Experience

- Exceptional customer service mindset and skills.

- Friendly and highly professional phone manner.

- Advanced communication skills with the ability to communicate on different levels and offer the best solution to each case.

- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.

- Intermediate computer knowledge.

Please note that we are 24/7 business and therefore require availability for weekdays, some weekend and night work.
