Northwest Construction Projects is a Dubbo-based company that carries out work on all Department of Housing properties in Dubbo and surrounds.

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint to both interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties.
• Perform surface preparation, including sanding, patching, and priming.
• Work on a variety of properties, ensuring high-quality finishes are achieved.
• Meet job timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in painting with a strong eye for detail and quality finishes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• A proactive and reliable attitude.
• Have a NSW Construction White Card
• Drivers Licence

Additional Information:

Work will be based in Dubbo and surrounding areas, and occasional overnight stays may be required

Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
