We are seeking an Onsite Hands-on Leading Hand for a well established Pool Building and Landscaping business servicing sites across Greater Brisbane.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and service, so an eye for detail, passion for quality, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional client service are paramount.

Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Construction Industry White Card

• Current QLD Driver’s License

• Minimum 3 years leading hand or foreman experience (current)

And the following attributes:

• All aspects of hard and softscaping experience incl. decorative concreting, tiling, fencing

• Managing a project from start to finish

• Eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Problem solving and ability to work well with both clients and team members

• Initiative and ability to lead by example with a flexible, pragmatic attitude

• Ability to work autonomously or positively within a team, engaging well with staff/clients/subcontractors.
