The Cloud Manager reports to the Director of DPS Architecture & Cloud section under the Office of the Chief Information Officer.

The Cloud Manager is responsible for:

• overseeing cloud technology initiatives and the day-to-day operations of DPS cloud computing environments
• implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure to support business operations, and
• developing new strategies or processes to improve the performance of the departments' cloud services.

The successful applicant can expect to work within the Information Services Division to deliver diverse technologies that support the operation of the Parliamentary Departments, the Australian Parliament House and Parliamentarians offices around Australia. Who we are looking for

We are seeking a hard working and motivated individual to work as part of a small team. The successful applicant must have strong skills and experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies, be adaptable and a fast learner, capable of understanding a broad range of business problems while also being comfortable with technical depth.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Azure administrator certification, or other relevant microsoft cloud certification will be well regarded.

• The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (Confidential/Highly Protected/Secret) security clearance
