Your new role

As an APS6 Digital Educator, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative eLearning and digital resources. Your work will support the agency's strategic plan, promoting the widespread understanding and use of digital health systems. You will consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create resources, including instructional videos, animations, and eLearning tools, ensuring compliance with accessibility and copyright standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing engaging eLearning resources using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond, and RISE360.
• Creating instructional videos and animations to aid healthcare providers in adopting digital health technologies.
• Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the development and approval process.
• Publishing educational content across platforms such as LMS, Vimeo, YouTube, social media, and websites.
• Supporting healthcare providers, aged care and health sector students, and consumers with tailored digital education resources.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering eLearning and digital education resources.
• Strong technical expertise with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond, and RISE360.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A solid understanding of accessibility standards in eLearning development.
• The ability to work independently under limited direction.

This role is only open to Australian citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2).
