Responsibilities:

• Manage stock allocation/ordering via manufacturer portals
• Coordinate delivery logistics and arrange transport/deliveries
• Manage online enquiry/quotes via supplier portals
• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager and other departments to achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous stock controller/administration experience (automotive sales experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A valid driver's license
