Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of manufacturing? We work with some of biggest names in construction and mining gear out there, and we want to get you a spot on the crew!

We're on the hunt for hands-on, get-it-done individuals who've got a knack for tools and a passion for building stuff.

What it means to be an Aston TA:

• Learn from the Masters: Rub shoulders with the best in the business, and get ready to soak up mad skills in machining or welding.
• Climb the Ladder: We're all about helping you climb that career ladder, so expect growth and opportunities aplenty.

As an Aston TA/ Assembly Tech, your daily grind will include:

• Assist mechanical fitters and boilermakers
• Has worked with conveyors or fixed plant
• Wrenching and bolting together a variety of products, from heavy-duty steel beasts to lighter gear.
• Rocking the machines to whip up essential parts.
• Moving the parts around the workshop
• Loading and unloading products like a champ
• Keeping the workshop shipshape and spotless

The Perks:

• Score a sweet hourly wage: $32/hr - $37/hr + Super.
• Take your pick of shifts, spanning mornings, days, and nights

To become an Aston TA, you need:

• Australian work rights
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or handling mobile plant gear
• A thirst for knowledge and a burning ambition to rise through the ranks
• The ability to listen up and follow directions like a pro
• Grit and guts to tackle repetitive tasks head-on, knowing they're the stepping stones to success
• A driver's license and wheels (preferred, but if you can hitch a ride, we won't judge)
• Must have forklift operation experience
• Preferrably with Forklift Licence
