The right candidate will possess:

• Ability to work in a team.

• At least 2 years industry experience, preferably in a senior position.

• Dermal qualified - Diploma or bachelor

• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPI's, sales targets and client retention.

• Experience in advanced dermal and laser technology and achieving results.

• Positive attitude and friendly personality is a must

• The ability to work with advanced technology

• Passion for delivering results

• Takes pride in their work and has a drive to succeed.

• Very confident in Sales and packages with proven experience, ability to take charge of all aspects with the running of our Sydney clinic and staff.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Skills & Experience

• Australian working rights
• In-depth skin anatomy and skin analysis knowledge and can confidently perform skin assessment consultations and formalise treatment plans
• Confident in Sales
• Experience with Cutera Xcel V+, Alma accent prime, Alma soprano titanium, Hydrafacial is an advantage.
