Position Overview:

• Role: Dermal Therapist
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week (approx. 20- 30 hours), including some Saturday mornings and evening shifts
• Compensation: Above award rates, with hourly rate negotiable based on experience
• Location: The Sutherland Shire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of advanced skin treatments, including laser therapy, micro needling, radiofrequency, and other energy-based procedures
• Administer chemical skin peels (training provided for clinic-specific protocols)
• Provide outstanding patient care, maintaining our clinic’s high standards
• Support the clinic as an all-rounder by assisting at reception as needed and working with the senior dermal therapist, practice manager, and medical director

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous work in the cosmetic medical industry preferred, with a strong grasp of dermal therapies and treatments
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in laser treatments, micro needling, radiofrequency, and peels
• Independence & Flexibility: Ability to think and work independently, with flexibility for varying hours
• Professionalism: Strong patient communication skills and the ability to maintain our clinic’s respected reputation in the community
