About the role

Papillo Civil is seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Officer/Financial Assistant to join our growing team in Direk SA 5110. Part-time or full time options available for the position that will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support and advice to the business owner
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Report directly to the business owner and external accountant

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in using accounting software Xero
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
