Are you a hands-on digital marketer who can build lead funnels and work closely with a founder to scale a national business?

Our client is a fast-growing group of companies in security, traffic control, cleaning, and other facility services and they're ready to double revenue with the right growth engine.

We're recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital strategy, generate leads, and support sales conversion. This is not a fluff role - it's a results-first position where you'll own the entire funnel.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, remarketing)
- Create and improve landing pages, CTAs, and high-converting lead forms
- Manage the website and ensure strong online presence across all service lines
- Build smart reporting dashboards and track ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate daily with the founder (based locally) and the sales team
- Participate in sales calls or client meetings where needed to support conversion

What You'll Bring:
- Strong digital marketing experience: Google Ads, SEO, CRM, Analytics, LinkedIn
- Great communication skills - confident on the phone, email, and in-person
- Sharp eye for detail and strong sense of ownership - you move without waiting
- Experience in service industries like cleaning, security, traffic control, construction, or labour hire (ideal but not essential)
