Meriton Suites are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Canberra property!

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for facilitating a cohesive environment between maintenance, housekeeping and front office departments and ensure all maintenance/painting staff are meeting service and safety standards across hotel operations and facilities, including suites, public areas and back of house.

Your key responsibilities

• You will have a proven history working in a hotel, or similar.
• Strong leadership skills and building management knowledge.
• Being able to effectively lead a team in a safe working environment.
• Maintaining the upkeep of the property and facilities at all times.
