The Role
We’re on the hunt for a versatile Inventory Manager and Retail Assistant to join our Sydney CBD store. This multifaceted role blends inventory oversight, retail sales, eCommerce support, and customer service. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about premium products and people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, manage ordering and receiving of premium bicycles and accessories, conduct stocktakes, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Sales: Promote and sell our high-end products in-store, providing expert recommendations to meet customer needs and boost sales targets.
• eCommerce: Assist with online order processing, update product listings, and ensure a seamless digital shopping experience for customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service in-store and online, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in inventory management, retail, or eCommerce (cycling industry experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Confidence in sales and a knack for building customer relationships.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or a willingness to learn (experience with tools like Shopify is a bonus).
• Passion for bicycles and premium cycling products.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
