About the Role:

As the Project Manager, Student Management, you will lead high-impact projects that improve business processes, enhance service delivery, and enrich the student experience. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality student services, including the preparation and publication of domestic student admissions information and the domestic applicant Nurture program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, implement, and manage projects aimed at improving business processes and student services, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Oversee the preparation, publication, and delivery of domestic student admissions information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies and regulations.
- Drive the domestic applicant Nurture program to enhance engagement, communication, and the overall experience of prospective students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supervise staff delivering domestic admissions information, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Assist the Director in implementing student service initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure the successful execution of key student management projects.
We are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience, or a combination of significant management expertise and education/training within a complex organisation.
- Strong leadership and strategic direction skills, with the ability to manage and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of delivering strategic business outcomes through effective resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and discretion whilst effectively solving problems within policy guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a tertiary education environment (desirable).

Role Requirements:
- As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
