Due to it's busy pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator ready to step up and work on some exciting projects.

Your Role:

• Manage subcontractor procurement, including package preparation, tender reviews, and vetting.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Negotiate contracts that prioritize mutual success and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Drive accountability and efficiency within your team, fostering a results-driven environment.

You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of CA experience with a high-end residential or commercial builder.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with teams, clients, and partners.
• A proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and commitment to excellence.
• Leadership qualities to mentor juniors and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
