The Role
As the Business Enablement Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin ensuring the smooth running of consulting engagements. You won’t just be handling logistics—you’ll be helping drive strategic planning, client relationships, and internal excellence to maintain Sodia’s world-class standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across time zones, including a Monday evening meeting with our South Africa team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Deployment: More than just scheduling, you'll match consultants to client needs and availability, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Client Engagement Support: Actively engage with stakeholders to support high-quality delivery.
- Maintain Sodia Standards: Uphold and drive consistency across all teams and engagements.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and engagements to perfection.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute impactful events and meetings.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust and collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
- Documentation & Administration: Assist in creating high-level content and managing office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day efficiency.

- Experience in business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and data tracking to optimise efficiency.
