About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Lodge Manager to oversee operations across the 24-room Lodge.

More than just a leader, we’re looking for a dedicated host—someone with independent or lifestyle hotel experience who embodies our brand ethos with their own style.

You will champion warm, intuitive service, drive financial performance and efficiencies, and cultivate a culture of ‘service with a smile’.

Key Responsibilities

As Resort Manager, you will be the primary leader of the Lodge, responsible for all aspects of operations, including:

  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Foster a welcoming guest experience.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Financial & Revenue Management: Maximise profitability while maintaining service excellence.
  • People & Culture: Lead and inspire a small team of passionate professionals.
  • Business Growth & Innovation: Identify and pursue new opportunities that align with our vision.

About You

  • Experience in independent and boutique hotel management, with a strong background in operations, sales, and marketing.
  • An engaging leader who thrives on curating exceptional guest experiences.
  • A proven track record in delivering financial results and optimising hotel performance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • Expertise across guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, and marketing.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • A strong affinity with Western Australia is highly desirable.
