The Opportunity
Here at Wholesale Mobility, you’ll enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take part in overseeing the Warehouse team and its operations. Ensuring all deliveries are carefully scheduled, you’ll directly contribute to our mission, to help bring back independence to those with limited mobility.
Your Day to Day
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations – from receiving and packing to dispatching stock
- Organising and scheduling deliveries, liaising with customers and occupational therapists
- Processing purchase orders and ordering required components
- Booking local and interstate freight and transport
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations
- Participating in stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Keeping records updated in Unleashed (Stock Management) and Creatio (CRM)
- Loading and unloading containers, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order
- Assembling adjustable beds, delivering and setting up products in customer homes
- Performing basic product training for customers and completing documentation
- Handling quality control, repairs, and maintenance
- Maintaining internal procedures, documents, and systems on SharePoint and Outlook
- And pitching in with other duties as needed – we’re a team, after all!
About You
- Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with good systems knowledge (or a quick learner!)
- A team player who’s just as comfortable leading as they are rolling up their sleeves
- Demonstrated administrative experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- A valid driver’s license
- Current forklift license – if not, we’ll send you for training!
- Truck driver’s license desirable but not essential
- You are willing to receive the flu and other vaccines as per government & NDIS directives that may be set for the industry
- You are willing to undergo NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) New Workers Check (similar to a police check)
