Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Bathurst, NSW (Regional) - Hybrid Role (HQ clinic in Bathurst NSW and we service the Central West NSW region with our community outreach model.

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about improving lives in rural and regional Australia. In this role, you will deliver client-centred interventions and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance functional outcomes and quality of life for our diverse clientele.
Package Inclusions:

2. Generous package and remuneration
  • Above award salary - $80,000 – 130,000 (experience dependent) + super
  • $4000 CPD budget
  • 4 weeks annual leave + additional 6 paid leave days per year

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience or willingness to deliver client-centred care, within rural or regional settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
