RPG is a well-established, medium-sized construction company specialising in duplex and dual-key developments across NSW. We’ve built a strong reputation for delivering quality investment properties through efficient processes and a commitment to consistent construction standards.

About the Role:

As a Quality Control Officer, you’ll visit our residential construction sites to carry out quality control audits using our Inspection App. Your role will be key in ensuring our builds meet the Australian standards, internal quality metrics, contractor completions, safe working sites and general maintenance.

Who Would Suit This Role?

This position would be ideal for someone with a carpentry trade background, but this is not mandatory—we value experience and the right attitude over qualifications alone.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable adapting to RPG’s systems and processes
• Confident using laptops and phone applications
• Open to travel – including occasional overnight stays in regional areas

What is included:

• Company car
• Laptop & mobile phone
• Fuel card
• Base salary 75K to $95K

Total salary package (including super, car and petrol) 100K – 120K depending on experience
