Aus Energy are looking for a Sales Rep with previous residential solar sales experience to join our fast growing team in the WA South West area. We are looking for someone to start immediately on a full time basis.

• Internally generated appointments - booked and confirmed by our expert in-house call centre.
• Work for a very organised team with a Sales background - fully understand the role and what it takes to succeed in it.
• OTE of $130,000 which is easily achievable with opportunities to earn more.
• Conversion rates are incredible as you are giving customers a product that saves them money with $0 upfront and no out of pocket costs.
• Sales focused role - admin all done internally, focus on sales and pipeline management.
• All appointments provided and fully confirmed, only 3 appointments per day within 80km of metro.

What we are looking for:

• Previous Solar Sales Experience - this role is only available for people with experience selling solar face to face
• Immediate starts only - 1 week or less notice
• Must have own car and valid driving licence
• Good mental arithmetic - must be able to do basic math
• Driven, hardworking and dedicated individuals
• Ethical, honest and reliable candidates only
• Excellent face to face communication and rapport building skills
• A positive and outgoing personality
