Summary
The jobholder will be responsible for analyzing product business data and the competitive market environment to make use of user behavior data in each link, formulate optimization strategies, and implement them into specific tasks to contribute to the growth of the department's performance. At the same time, he is responsible for the delivery, analysis and optimization of some media channels, through a data-driven approach, optimizing and improving conversion rates and customer acquisition costs, and ultimately, providing valuable optimization strategies for the team to achieve departmental performance goals.
Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the launching, analysis, remarketing, and other work of digital channels such as SMS and EDM, complete daily/weekly/monthly plans, be able to independently complete the writing of analysis reports, conduct correlation analysis from multiple dimensions, accurately locate user experience problems and drive improvements, and realize the tracking and closed loop of key issues.
2. Analyze the factors and details that affect the improvement and growth of data, effectively promote the development of the project in combination with the business direction and give a feasible marketing optimization plan.
3. Cooperate with other marketing groups/products/operations/R&D, etc., design, participate, promote, and manage the landing of "new customer" related activities and marketing landing pages, and use back-end tools to provide various support for marketing strategies, and contribute to the actual improvement and growth of the business.
4. Other digital teams in the collaborative market can analyze the tasks given by the leader, use the user behavior data, set up and optimize the AB Test, provide effective insights and recommendations, and continuously optimize and improve the channel conversion rate, thereby reducing costs.
5. Gather competitive information and make constructive comments on products and innovative solutions, monitor, and optimize activities by clearly reporting results, trends, issues, and opportunities.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 1 years of relevant experience in Internet C-end products.
2. Sensitive to data, have strong data analysis capabilities, independently complete analysis report writing, conduct correlation analysis from multiple dimensions, accurately locate user experience problems and drive improvements, and realize the tracking and closed loop of key issues.
3. Have strong communication, coordination, promotion, and pressure resistance, and be able to effectively organize and promote the implementation of projects in combination with the resources of all parties.
4. Proficient in excel formulas, SQL, python, and other data analysis scripting languages are preferred.
5. Experience in internet from 0-1, systematic cognition of growth, large-scale successful cases, methodology, or model experience is preferred.
6. This position is only available to individuals with the right to work in Australia and requires you to have Australian Citizenship or to be a permanent resident at the time of application.
