Your Role As an Industrial Painter/Blaster, you will:

• Prepare surfaces using a variety of techniques, including sanding, blasting, and mechanical methods
• Apply high-quality coatings and paints with both brush and roller techniques
• Work alongside a skilled and passionate team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and safety on every job
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop your technical expertise

What You'll Need

• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong ability to collaborate within a dynamic team
• Based in Darwin, NT, or willing to relocate soon
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Confined Space Entry qualification
• Working at Heights Certification
• Ability to successfully pass a National Police Check (don't worry, you won't need to provide your own)
• A proven track record of reliability and stability in your previous work history
