Installation Coordinator 🕒 Full-Time 💰 Up to 17.5% Profit Share

Are you highly organised with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re on the hunt for a reliable and proactive Installation Coordinator to join our dynamic team and take charge of all things installation!

This role supports a range of residential projects including electrical, hot water systems, solar installations, and air conditioning. You’ll be the key link between our operations, warehouse, field teams, and customers – making sure everything runs like clockwork.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll be the glue that keeps our installation projects on track. From scheduling and materials coordination to customer liaison and rebate admin—you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every job is delivered seamlessly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily installation schedules for electrical, hot water, solar and air conditioning jobs

Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

Manage materials logistics and ensure timely delivery to sites

Handle all pre and post installation paperwork

Process invoices and handle rebate documentation

Track and submit staff timesheets accurately

Work with warehouse and ops teams to streamline workflow

Be the first point of contact for installation-related queries

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional organisational and communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience in admin, operations or scheduling roles (bonus if it’s in trades, construction, or energy-related industries)

Tech-savvy – comfortable with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and admin tools

A customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
