The Role:
Working through various Perth suburbs, this role will see a determined, passionate, and knowledgeable individual manage and supervise large subdivision projects across Perth. You will lead teams, support crews and drive onsite culture and safety, all importantly whilst having fun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors and labourers.
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Have a strong understanding of OH&S methods.
• Ensure work is carried out on time, and delivered to standard.
• Complete reporting on site records.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be an individual who is both familiar with delivering subdivisions in Perth, with a proven ability to lead and supervise teams on site. You will bring with you a hunger to succeed and a desire find and continue creating a place where people enjoy coming to work, and working in their team.

• 3+ Years experience working in Civil Construction.
• Experience working on local subdivision and land development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth.

• Salary between $130,000 - $160,000 (Depending on experience).
