Neil Perry and Linden Pride’s bar, Bobbie's, is seeking an experienced Senior Host to join our dynamic team.

Part of the Margaret Family, Bobbie's is an intimate, richly layered experience, serving as both a world-class cocktail bar and an intimate live music venue.

Martinis are central to the drinks list as well as a selection of riffs on classics and aperitivi. The menu is focused on a classic style of drinking, incorporating negronis and highballs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.

Ensure that guests receive the exceptional service experience that reflects the Margaret brand.

Maintain clear communication with all guests, kitchen, floor, and management teams throughout the service.

Take direction from management and work in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Perform ad hoc duties as required by management to support the team.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

2+ years experience in high volume, detail-orientated bars or restaurants.

Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, beer and spirits, ability to learn quickly, driven, hardworking and enthusiastic positive attitude and customer-service orientated, great sense of humour and good communication skills.
