The APS 4 Planner role offers an opportunity to work closely with people, helping them to access tailored support and achieve their goals.

Your ability to gather key information, navigate processes, and make well-informed decisions will be central to your success.

What You Will Do

Gather information through phone and in-person conversations to support effective decision-making.

Apply policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure well-rounded and evidence-based funding decisions.

Work with individuals and their representatives to map out options and identify suitable future support strategies.

Complete administrative tasks and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

What You Will Bring

A sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
