About the role

Great opportunity for an outgoing, energetic and passionate customer service professional with a passion for Health and Fitness, to provide friendly, responsive, accurate and consistent information to our Aquatic Services patrons.

This position supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members of the centre in a high volume customer environment.

A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Centre users. The role has a strong face to face element in order to assist customers as required, receive feedback and promptly resolve complaints from public within scope of authority.

Remuneration

$30.11 + 25% Casual Loading

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

1. Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry
2. Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment
3. A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
