In this role you will be:
- providing accurate and timely expert payroll advice and services
- assisting to implement and monitor internal controls, risk management strategies and programs to support high-quality delivery of payroll services
- monitoring team performance and assisting to build team capability
- researching, investigating and analysing payroll management and service delivery issues and complaints and recommending effective solutions
