This position is permanent part time - 4 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same in this role! You'll be the go-to person for managing a portfolio of stunning short-term rental properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping things running smoothly across multiple Airbnb properties.

Chatting with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure 5-star experiences.

Organizing cleaners, maintenance, and service providers.

Updating listings, adjusting pricing, and optimizing bookings.

Conducting regular property inspections to maintain top-notch quality.

Handling guest inquiries and resolving any hiccups quickly and professionally.

Managing invoices, expenses, and other key admin tasks.

Working with and assisting our virtual assistant to ensure seamless operations and communication.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll need:

Previous experience in property management or hotel management (this one's a must!).

A valid driver’s license and a reliable car (you’ll be on the move!).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The ability to multitask and stay organized while juggling multiple properties.

Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental platforms.

A customer-first attitude with a knack for delivering top-tier hospitality.

Willingness to handle urgent guest inquiries when needed.

Experience collaborating with virtual assistants or remote teams is a plus.
